Information collected

When you purchase through Payhip, Elevate Blueprint Studio may receive the information needed to fulfill and support the order, such as your name, email address, purchased product, transaction status, and support messages. Payment-card details are handled by Payhip and its payment processors and are not stored directly by this website.

If you request a free sample, this website stores the email address you provide and the date of signup. If you submit product feedback, it stores the information you choose to provide, your rating, and your comments. Feedback is reviewed before any public use.

This website also records limited, anonymous interaction events such as page views, product-detail clicks, checkout clicks, and free-sample downloads. These events use a random session identifier stored only for the browsing session and do not include payment information.

How information is used

Information may be used to process and deliver purchases, provide access support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and send product or service messages you request.

Sharing and retention

Information will only be shared with service providers needed to operate the store, comply with law, or protect the store and its customers. Records will be retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You may use the contact options included with your Payhip order to ask about eligible personal information or product access. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. You may also request removal of submitted feedback or a free-sample email record.
